Equipment: GliNet Beryl AX travel router
Goal: add a 2nd Nord config to it using OpenVPN but for an obfuscated/stealth setup in case I need it.
Does anyone have a guide on how to achieve this? Or better yet, is it actually any different?
That is not possible. Obfuscated servers are only available via the NordVPN application. Usually, these servers are for people in restricted countries, thus, if you are not in one of them, standard servers will work great.
