I’m having a problem whith the ad because it wont load up. When its suposed to shoe the ad i just have a black screen.
I there a fix to this
Maybe there are no Ad sellers with a contract with EM in your Region
This happened with me too and I live in the EU. Try a free VPN and set it to the US. If you are in-game it will disconnect you but when you go back it should be good. If you cant find a free VPN try TunnelBear it gives you ~500 MB free data and another 1 GB if you share it with Twitter. If you only use it for a few ads it should be more than enough.
Pretty sure this isn’t really a “bug”, so to speak. EvilMojo has just been awful with updating the system after the most recent update. It used to be that the button that allowed you to watch ads would only become highlighted if there was an ad available for viewing, but after they added the checkbox for information sharing, you can click it regardless of whether there’s an ad available.
Basically it just displays a black screen if there are no ads currently available in your region.
