I’ve used Hidemyass as a VPN for a little over 2-years, and my subscription ends in a few days. I have no interest in renewing my subscription with them for various reasons. I thought I’d leave these here for those of you seeking anonymous VPN providers for torrenting.

Those are only a few of many; at one point they even suspended my account, asking me to contact customer service to “explain” my online activities.
Wow that’s just sad right there. Been using PIA for awhile. No complaints.
I might be more inclined to go with a service that publicly states they have no interest in logging or whether you torrent or not.

The main type of logging is session logging – this is simply logging when a customer connects and disconnects from the server, this identifies who was connected to X IP address at X time, this is what we do and all we do. Some providers choose not to do session logging and instead try to locate the abusive customer by using the intelligence from the complaint, for example if someone hacks XYZ.com they may monitor traffic to XYZ.com and log which customers have a connection to this website.
Same thing happened to me, STAY AWAY.
