So I was able to get into TikTok with a VPN. I can browse anonymously as it thinks I am in UK thanks to the VPN but as soon as I log into my account with my gmail it knows I am on an American account and says I can’t use it. Does anybody know how to get into our accounts or is it impossible. I also have my gmail account set to UK.
This is just so frustrating because I had so many saved videos and a perfected fyp and all that might be gone forever now.
What VPN? Are you on mobile or desktop

I was on desktop. It works on safari on mobile too. The issue is you just can’t login using an American account. At least I haven’t found a way too.
I created a new email under the vpn. Was able to watch stuff. However now the website Is having errors.

Is that really necessary if my vpn can allow me to browse anonymously? The issue isn’t accessing tiktok its accessing our accounts.
Is what necessary? You can’t login to a US account from anywhere because US account login details are stored exclusively on a US server which has been taken down by oracle.
Oh shit I didn’t know oracle shut down all our accounts. I just assumed TikTok wasn’t letting me in because they had my location data stored or something
