I am also answering your questions, I also use iPhone. And what you are asking is actually working. Just use any Android device and login your mail ID. Then open COC in Android and login with supercell and link it with Gmail. The offer will instantly pop-up in play store.

you dont need to link anything , just log in coc with your supercell id on an android device (which has not claimed this offer ofc) same goes for Google play PC

Open Google Play games in Android , and set your email. Then open COC through Google Play games.

nope no links needed, Google play is offering the discounts its not the other way around, so just get a google play account , install coc and log in with supercell id thats it
