What does Line Speed mean in SoftEther VPN Client?

I often use this as general VPN but I would still prefer faster speeds for this. I often see this Line Speed metric whenever I browse to which to connect onto. Can’t exactly what does this metric even mean and also that I don’t understand this stuff that much as well.

Hoping someone can explain it to me.

Hi, sorry for the late reply but what does it exactly mean then? Are higher Line Speed good or bad, and is a higher Session count is considered good or not?
