Why is the Chrome extension constantly asking for my login details?

I even changed my password to not include special characters (read that it helps somewhere).

I still keep getting popups asking me to sign in. And even if I click cancel it doesn’t seem to affect anything - I’m still connected.

Anyone know what’s going on?

I assume it’s the proxy pop-up within the browser itself, and not the extension - such authentication is usually asked if there was a problem connecting, for example, if the connection limit is reached (which is 6 connections at once for the account). Although I was using fewer devices, if you change servers often, it takes more time for the system to register proxy server changes (from the extension) when compared to VPN connections (app), so the limit overfills (And if you cancel the previous prompt, it leaves you connected to the previous server, I suppose?). At least that’s what the support explained to me some time ago when I had a similar issue, and they offered me to reinstall it, which seems to have helped but I have since used the app instead.

Same problem here, i left a tab open overnight because it had to do something.
I come back in the morning seeing that the process i was doing was disrupted and RUINED by the fact that this retarded program logged itself OUT for NO reason AT ALL.

fuck you nordscamvpn

Thanks! Yes. That’s the prompt. I shouldn’t be exceeding the six connections… I just have it on my computer and laptop for watching Netflix. But I do turn it off/on frequently so maybe they’re still registering the old connections.

Thanks for the suggestions! I’ll try re-installing just for good measure.
